With 20 years of experience in Australia building, owning, flying, and maintaining Rotorway helicopters, we can assist you with the safe operation of these great aircraft. Talk to us before you decide on either a new kit or second-hand aircraft.

We can guide you through the 25-hour Phase 1 test program from initial hover to flight envelope expansion. Our test program finishes with the completion of a Check Flight Schedule document which you can use to satisfy the CASA Authorised Person that the helicopter is acceptable for the issue of the long-term Certificate of Airworthiness (CoA).   

For those already holding or currently completing a helicopter license, we can provide as much or as little familiarisation as you need. From aircraft systems to pilot and owner maintenance, to full flight envelope familiarisation. Let us get you comfortable and confident in your Rotorway.

Much has changed in the world of Rotorway over the last 20 years. The modern RW helicopter has been consistently upgraded by the factory in Arizona USA. Stay on top of these upgrades to keep your helicopter as safe as possible, whilst also maintaining market value. 

We use strong LED tip tracking lights and the RPX Tech Dynavibe balancer to get the smoothest main and tail rotor track and balance possible.

The build manuals and instructions that come with the Rotorway kit are second to none. But for peace of mind, nothing beats an experienced eye running across your completed work.
